Unlimited monitored server support

Our Monitored Remote Server support is available 24/7 for outages and other problems. If a server goes down, we’ll be notified immediately and will work towards resolving the issue with minimal downtime.

Unlimited smartphone / tablet support

Sync all your devices together and stay well connected. We support all smartphones and tablets, including Android and iOS.

User administration

We offer unlimited user administration. That includes setting up users and accounts, plus controlling all access authorised on your machines/network. Basically, we’ll handle all your admin.

As part of our hosted email solution, we provide the latest Microsoft Exchange – with advanced spam firewall, anti-virus and backup. This means your company emails, calendars, contacts and tasks are securely accessible through Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web and mobile access, too.

Email support – emails with any other provider

Unlimited support for your emails – that are hosted by someone else – where possible. Office 365 is also fully supported by us.

Proactive monitoring

We’ll install monitoring software to inform us of any issues. So if we notice anything unusual, we’ll call you – instead of waiting for the phone to ring.

Proactive maintenance

We’ll also actively maintain your computers by installing checked and approved updates. As well as this, we’ll clean and check your computer regularly (at least once a week).

Asset management and audit

Keeping an up-to-date list of all your equipment means we can provide advice on the best options to manage your businesses efficiently.
